The role
As SLM/SAM Consultant you are a key member of the overall implementation project and managed services team.
Independently and pro-actively, you are engaging and assisting customers in understanding and controlling their software licensing costs, avoiding legal pitfalls related to licensing by leveraging industry best practices. You ensure that customers are satisfied, and you generate clear added value through your proactive support. As the first point of contact, you act as an interface both internally and externally.
You will work with SAM tools to manage, control and optimize software and cloud applications based on the software lifecycle of our customers from a commercial perspective, this includes:
• Drive the SAM in customer environment through SAM tools
• Prepare vendor compliance reports and suggest the savings
• Create value-added reports for Customers
• Collecting and analysing software and cloud data
• SLM process analysis and optimization
• Ensuring the SLA and compliance with KPIs
• Commitment and cooperation in the team

Qualifications
What we need to see from you?
• Degree in business/IT or comparable training - please apply also when you are a career changer with relevant business experience in SLM/SAM
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the area of Software Lifecycle Management / Software Asset Management
• Vendor licensing knowledge for one of the following: Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, …
• Nice to have: Delivery experience, e.g. with SNOW, Flexera, ServiceNow and similar tools
• Experience in working with clients (internal or external)
• Beginner knowledge of IT technology and IT service management (e.g. ITIL)
• Analytical strength, structured way of working - you keep track and see the big picture!
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Solid problem solving and communication skills
• Business fluent Hungarian and very good English skills required
